About the role:

• The HR Intern will play an important role in the journey of the company's digitalisation for 2-3 months.
• There is no requirement for relevant experience or knowledge but a people-oriented mindset.
• The willingness to learn and perfectionism are most valued.

What will you be doing?

• Assist in the digitalisation of the employee profile and HR system data maintaining/transferring.
• Assist in employee engagement events and brainstorming on new initiatives.
• Collect data for the purpose of surveys.
• Support for the HR operational work.

What do we expect from you?

• You should be detail-oriented, organised, and patient to do the manual filing work.
• In addition, candidates who have good communication, coordination and follow-up skills are highly welcomed.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 is a must-have.
