TalentTribe – Sales Operations Executive

What you can expect to work on:

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on our latest business unit that expands TalentTribe’s talent solution offerings. 

• Support the sales team in the development of customer proposals, quotations and other necessary paperwork to close the client
• Identify potential prospects and create new sales opportunities by proactively cold calling, emailing, and networking
• Generate leads and build customer pipelines 
• Help prospective clients understand how they can cut cost and save money on their hiring and manpower needs. 
• Manage data for new and prospective clients through proper documentation 

What we’re looking for:

• No prior experience in sales is required, although it would be a bonus. 
• Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, including at the C-level
