TalentTribe is looking for a Web Developer Intern to build and grow our career discovery platform for millennials. Expect to work closely with the tech lead, and get overseas exposure working in a Singapore start-up.
Here’s what you’ll get to do in this role:
- Build & grow a product: Translate business needs into product features jobseekers & employers love. Implement and test new features to continuously grow & improve the product. Understand how users are using the product & gather user feedback.
- Back-end web development (Node.js): Design and build the web platform, third-party data integration.
- Software testing & troubleshooting: Build automated tests and unit tests. Measure, diagnose and improve product performance.
We are looking for people who have:
- Currently pursuing diploma or degree / freshgrad in information technology related
- Understanding of key design principles is key
- Good technical understanding and knowledge of system architecture
- Intermediate HTML5, CSS, front-end scripting, .net programming knowledge and JavaScript with understanding of relational databases
- Understanding of server-side CSS would be ideal
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- An enthusiastic solution seeking mentality team player
- Additional proficiency with programming languages and ability to work independently are also key for this role
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
