Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Violin Teacher to introduce the joy of music to our preschool students (ages 3 to 6). The ideal candidate will have a talent for simplifying complex musical concepts into fun, play-based activities that engage young minds. You will be responsible for conducting group violin sessions, fostering a love for music, and ensuring a safe, encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Group Instruction: Conduct engaging violin lessons for small groups of preschoolers using age-appropriate techniques.

  • Curriculum Delivery: Implement and adapt the school’s music curriculum to suit various learning speeds.

  • Engagement: Use storytelling, movement, and games to teach rhythm, posture, and basic ear training.

  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined environment tailored to early childhood behavior.

  • Progress Tracking: Provide brief, encouraging updates to parents and school management regarding student development.

  • Performance Prep: Prepare students for annual school concerts or mini-showcases.
