The Challenges:

• Establish a long-term cordial partnership with candidates
• Sourcing and screening of candidates, coordinating interviews for candidates to be interviewed by Account Managers.
• Manage candidates’ job expectation and prepare them for interview.
• Assist Recruiters and Account Managers with Profiling Duities

What it Takes:

• No experience required as training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, takes initiative, and fast learner
• Self-motivated, driven, and willingness to learn
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
