Responsibilities:
- Fulfil the performance targets/goals set by management
- Maintain current and up-to-date to the specific market and industry
- Accurately contact candidates and collect CVSs according to the job description
- Build up a list of potential clients and sales pipeline
- Cold call potential clients and visit clients occasionally to maintain a close relationship
- Attend networking and industry events
- Other Administrative/Marketing Activities when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Sociology, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good communication and listening skills
- Able to multitask and work well as a team
- IT and Social Media skills will be a plus
- Willing to learn
