Job Description
Support event management team in various events activities :
- Drive award nominations from companies and institutions
- Co-ordinate entries, briefings and judging time-table
- Liaise with nominees and judges on judging activities
- Sourcing and liaison with vendors
- Manage overall logistic arrangement for the events
- Prepare event administrative brief to participants
- Ensure events are successfully executed as planned and within the allocated budget
- Provide admin and onsite support for all events and supported exhibitions
- Consolidate post-event survey responses and analyses the data collected
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
