TalentGuru – Event / Program Operations Internship

TalentGuru is a skills-based career development platform powered by data science that focuses on creating a sustainable job market for Singapore’s Infocomm Media (ICM) industry with the aim to address the challenges of a skills gap and talent shortage in the industry.

Support event management team in various events activities :

• Drive award nominations from companies and institutions  
• Co-ordinate entries, briefings and judging time-table  
• Liaise with nominees and judges on judging activities 
• Sourcing and liaison with vendors  
• Manage overall logistic arrangement for the events 
• Prepare event administrative brief to participants 
• Ensure events are successfully executed as planned and within the allocated budget 
• Provide admin and onsite support for all events and supported exhibitions 
• Consolidate post-event survey responses and analyses the data collected  
• Ad-hoc duties assigned
