Job Description

Overview of TBFI Intern position

We are seeking a temporary full-time intern (min. of 3 months) who will work closely with the TBFI Programme Manager to assist in the running of the programme. The right candidate possesses a strong interest in business and entrepreneurship in the fashion and lifestyle industry with an insatiable curiosity for the latest developments in innovation, technology, and sustainability. 

 Job Responsibilities

  • Connect and liaise with various stakeholders to deliver programme content. 
  • Managing communication between TBFI incubatees and stakeholders such as government representatives, industry partners.
  • Liaise closely with other TaFF departments, including and not limited to, the Customer Service department to ensure event space/necessary deliverables are ready for events, the Marketing department for marketing execution, and the teams that run Design Orchard Retail Space (DORS) and One Orchard Store (OOS) to create retail opportunities for TBFI brands.
  • Liaise with internal/external partners for necessary items related to TBFI events such as graphic design and write copy for presentation and marketing collaterals.
  • General administrative and logistical tasks necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the programme.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Programme Manager.

Qualifications

  • HIGHLY organised & resourceful problem solver.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Independent worker.
  • Strong communication skills - strong verbal and written English skills are necessary.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
