We seek interns for our private equity internship program for the duration Dec 2020 - May 2021. This is a fully paid internship, salary will be discussed at the interview. This is a full-time internship and interns will be required to take Leave of Absence (LOA) from school. Interns will be based in our Singapore office. Due to the regional nature of our business, Southeast Asian nationals are preferred.
*This internship is only open to current undergraduate students. Graduates and Masters students need not apply*
*Previous internship experience in banking/finance or consulting is required*
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend interviews on a rolling basis.
• Conduct company and industry research
• Assist in preparing investment committee pitches
• Performing due diligence procedures
• Preparing comparable companies and precedent transactions to ascertain valuation of target companies
• Assist in developing financial models
Expectations:
• Interest in a career in private equity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical, research and organisational skills
• Uncompromising attention to detail and execution of instructions
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant analytical disciplines. Applicants with disciplines not in Finance and Accounting should have demonstrated interest in finance
• Strong academic track record and intellectual curiosity
• Previous internships in banking/finance or consulting
