Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR colleagues in the day-to-day recruitment activities e.g. walk-in/ pre-arranged interviews, pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Handle foreign worker related duties such as management of work passes, medical check-ups
- Update relevant reports for tracking purposes
- Attend to daily enquiries by employees
- Assist in other administrative duties
- Assist in company's branding initiatives and other projects
Requirements:
- ITE/ Diploma in HR or Business-related studies or Engineering-related studies
- Able to commit internship for at least 20 weeks and longer
- Possesses strong willingness to learn
- Able to take initiative and value teamwork
Learning Outcomes:
- HR Information System (SAP)
- Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Daily HR operations
