Responsibilities:

• Assist HR colleagues in the day-to-day recruitment activities e.g. walk-in/ pre-arranged interviews, pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
• Handle foreign worker related duties such as management of work passes, medical check-ups
• Update relevant reports for tracking purposes
• Attend to daily enquiries by employees
• Assist in other administrative duties
• Assist in company's branding initiatives and other projects

Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma in HR or Business-related studies or Engineering-related studies
• Able to commit internship for at least 20 weeks and longer
• Possesses strong willingness to learn
• Able to take initiative and value teamwork
