As a graphic designer/content manager in Sysmoon.com, you will be getting your creative juices flow and create interesting content on our social media! You will also be part of managing our online business by updating content on e-commerce sites.

Sysmoon.com has been serving people from all walks of life since we first started as a humble startup with a small pushcart that brings forth services and tech products to different locations around Singapore. Therefore, we are looking for a keen individual who takes their work seriously and completes their tasks with a spirit of excellence.
The focus of this position will be on operations and business development, including the following tasks:
Daily engagement on social media marketing for platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Planning of content calendar and campaigns with Marketing Manager for targeted audiences
Video and photoshoot of product inventory and posting them on e-commerce websites
Designing monthly artworks to promote our products for the physical store
Attending to visitors’ queries on sites like Facebook, Instagram, Carousell and Shopee
Carrying out competitor’s analysis, looking out for online trends, and improve on our marketing strategies
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Motivated to acquire business knowledge and operations skills
One that enjoys working in a startup environment with no top-down hierarchy
Energetic, enterprising, and motivated team player that is willing to provide relevant insights
Students that are willing to learn more about e-commerce and running a business startup, and want to improve in their communication and presentation skills and widen their network.
Candidates who are self-motivated and are able to work independently
Experience with creative design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator will be preferred
Helpful and takes initiative
It is okay if you do not have relevant experience. We are looking for people with a good and inquisitive attitude, one who is willing to give their best in the work they’re assigned to.
3-6+ months commitment preferred
