The Management Trainee in Human Resource Consultancy will be given opportunities to be mentored and train as a holistic HR Generalist.
Job Description
This program provides you the right skills and knowledge to explore the financial services industry.
What you can get away from this internship:
- Understanding of financial portfolio management - managing of personal finance, investments in various asset classes. Eg. Investments in funds / Unit Trusts
- Market research on financial planning such as CPF, Tax planning, Wealth planning, Shortfall planning and Retirement planning
- Evaluate and give proper financial advice to family and friends
- Gather and master the traits in principles of entrepreneurship, salesmanship and leadership
- Training in communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients
- Role play to address client scenarios and deal with real-life financial scenarios
