Through the A.C.E. Framework, we want financial consultants and managers who are serious about their business to be empowered. We aspire not to eliminate, but to enhance them in Attracting, Closing, and Engaging. We founded Synchestra with the vision a personal financial planning landscape in Singapore filled with competent consultants who empower their clients to make proper financial decisions, and institutions which elevate their distribution force through better products and tools. Synchestra has recently launched their first plan, Attract, and are already enhancing the way agents and advisors brand and position themselves - even before they meet their prospects.
We are tightly integrated with a sister company PPP Academy, where we train financial sales professionals through ROI-based programmes to help them sell more through more traditional selling methods.
Empowerment begins with a shift in identity, followed by an improvement in skillsets and mindset.
If you are looking for an opportunity to be empowered in capability, enlarging your capacity, and building your character, this is your chance to join a fast moving industry, while engaging users in-person.
We are seeking an aspiring marketer who's passionate about social media and impacting lives in Singapore, Malaysia and the rest of the Asia Region.
This candidate is expected to be a self-starter, creative and not afraid to pitch ideas to the team. This candidate will ideally be an outgoing person, who is comfortable engaging unmet friends in person and over the phone. At the same time, this candidate should see opportunities in using owned media across both Synchestra and PPP Academy.
We don't require experience, but we are seeking someone with knowledge of social media, preferably currently studying marketing or related fields.
Immersive training, as well as a detailed learning plan, will be provided, in order to track this candidate's progress in his/her area of work.
This is a part-time/internship position, so this candidate must be able to commit at least 3 days a week, but arrangements are flexible as well.
Appropriate remuneration based on experience and ongoing performance.
