Reporting directly to your designated Account Executive, you will also help to support on client servicing and project management, working along with a dynamic design team. You understand the fundamentals of editorial design and have the attention to details, seeing a project all the way through its final execution. However, you’re equally comfortable working in a team environment and are always willing to adapt and implement effective work processes to improve project workflow.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and MS Office, inDesign knowledge is a plus.
- Able to work well with creatives
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Well-organised, meticulous with a strong sense of urgency and good time management skills.
- Ability to manage projects by coordinating with suppliers, art services, printers, etc.
- Confident, cheerful team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing Social Media and Digital campaigns a plus
- Ability to negotiate and administrate effectively for project management purposes.
