JOB SUMMARY
To provide administrative support to the team and basic accounting duties.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- General administrative duties
- Keep track of post documents as part of secretarial support
- Manage and coordinate both internal and external meetings and incoming/ outgoing correspondences
- Handle travel and flight arrangements and prepare expenses claims
- Manage and maintain office facilities and matters
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Basic office skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage
- Singaporean only
