- Attend and respond to clients’ requests when necessary to trouble-shoot potential IT technical issues
- Documentation of process in service delivery and ensure recommended standards in compliance are met
- Oversee managed service agreements
- Ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met with customers
- Scheduling of managed service deliverable
- Visitation and execution of managed service accounts where necessary
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors, principals and customers for technical and support requirements
- Ensure timely updates, resolution of technical issues, where necessary to customers and team-mates
- Provide overall leadership to internal IT security, compliance with regulatory regimes, productivity in workflow and process where necessary
- Provide leadership and guidance to technical and non-tech team-mates, such as orientation, familiarization and training of internal IT system and clients’ environment on project and managed service basis
- Communicate with management in business strategies and connect to corporate objectives
- Work with team-mates and provide leadership to identify design requirements and propose solutions for clients’ needs that are highly technical or specialized in nature
- Prepare presentation material where necessary to connect technical concepts and business value of proposed solution
- Able to articulate IT architectures, propose, set-up, deploy, implement POCs
- Craft and improve where necessary managed service contract deliverables
- Support in proposal, quotation preparation, cost analysis and price point settings
- Follow-through of presales life cycle
- Prepare management reports and update with key stakeholders
