Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day management and administration of various IT network systems
- Provide day-day level 1 and 2 service desk support and ensure proper resolution in the ticketing system
- Provide customers with timely, professional and effective IT support (via Onsite, Remote and Phone support)
- Support and administrate enterprise IT network solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, HP etc.)
- Vendor coordination and management
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Evaluate and implement new security-related network systems for new business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualifications.
- Min 3 years of experience in System Integrator environment.
- Hardware and software knowledge of network and security products like Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Microsoft Cloud Security, CheckPoint etc.
- Positive attitude and willing to take up challenges.
- Able to take stress and be pro-active.
- Good at multitasking and prioritizing of tasks.
- Professional certification will be a plus.
