Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day management and administration of various IT network systems
• Provide day-day level 1 and 2 service desk support and ensure proper resolution in the ticketing system
• Provide customers with timely, professional and effective IT support (via Onsite, Remote and Phone support)
• Support and administrate enterprise IT network solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, HP etc.)
• Vendor coordination and management
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Evaluate and implement new security-related network systems for new business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualifications.
• Min 3 years of experience in System Integrator environment.
• Hardware and software knowledge of network and security products like Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Microsoft Cloud Security, CheckPoint etc.
• Positive attitude and willing to take up challenges.
• Able to take stress and be pro-active.
• Good at multitasking and prioritizing of tasks.
• Professional certification will be a plus.
