Role Responsibilities
- Work with an individual to implement exciting new features on our websites, microsites, and blog.
- Work with designers to develop new features that are easy to use and align with our branding.
- Set up A/B tests that drive sales and revenue. Implement the winning test results for web pages and emails.
- Ensure web assets (e.g., CSS, images, and javascript) are optimized, so our pages perform better than any competitor's.
- Deliver beautiful customer experiences, in part by squashing UI bugs caused by browser-compatibility issues or client/server-side logic.
Role Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js)
- Can build consistently excellent UI and UX across various browsers and devices using a combination of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Thorough understanding of web performance and optimization techniques
- Extensive cross-browser knowledge
