Switchzmart is fast growing smart home company holding reputed global brands on portfolio. 

*Candidate must be Singaporean or Permanent resident

*Doing product specification activities for projects with consultants, architects, developers and interior designers.

*Prepare and follow up on tender quotations.

*Strong related industry experience and influence to create sales lead without supervision.

*Able to build and maintain good customer and partner relationship for continued revenue growth.

* To lead project startup, shop drawing and control schematic drawing to be confirmed with main contractor before passing on to site coordinators. Provide coordination support throughout project implementation 

* Keep up monthly sales report related to individual product sales opportunities and track records.
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics with strong IT knowledge.
Min 21 years of sales experience in Construction industry, Home automation System, BMS, Intercom, CCTV, Access Control, Audio/Video.
Has self confidence, self-motivated, passionate, responsible and with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English, Mandarin
Own vehicle will be added advantage.
