Assistant HR & Admin Officer
- Actively handling staff enquiries on HR related matters
- Coordinate recruitment needs and conduct orientation for new staff
- Perform background check for staff
- Support in administrative matters related to employment of foreign workers and HSE
- Ensure that stationary supplier are in requirements
- Handling petty cash and miscellaneous payments
- Assist in special activities such as company events and internal meetings
