The Swiss Club was established in 1871 and is one of the oldest and most historic Clubs in Singapore. Located on Bukit Tinggi, it is an elegant and family-friendly retreat surrounded by lush greenery, offering a fabulous setting in the middle of the jungle. We are proud of our wonderful atmosphere and ambiance.
We offer a wide range of sports and other activities and are continually developing our facilities. Our most recent addition was THE GUESTHOUSE, which offers accommodation for visitors and provides offices for our staff. At the same time, we continually expand and improve our sports facilities, and offer a wide range of activities.
Part Time F&B Service Crew (Country Club/ Near Sixth Ave MRT)
What you can do for us:
- Opening and closing of the bar according to SOP
- Bar operations, including ordering, preparation, and inventory
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the bar at all times
- Utilize the POS system to print checks, close checks, and complete daily cashier closing.
- Ensure adherence to the safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
- Assist other team players to ensure the sequence of service
- Assist the manager in the efficient running of the day-to-day bar operation
- Assisting in month-end inventory
- Ensure practicing first-in, first-out of all food & beverage items
- Maintain beverage stocks according to business levels
Who we’re looking for:
- No experience are keen in F&B Services/ Ops are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Respectful, able to foster teamwork, and work cordially with peers and others
- Only Singaporeans needs to apply as we do not have any work quota.
- Flexible working hours and shift (You can choose according to your timetable)
