Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant surveillance and ensure the water safety of swimming pool users or guests in water attractions
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid, CPR & AED when needed
• Enforce pool safety rules and regulations in a professional manner
• Perform daily pool deck checks and maintain a safe environment
• Participate in in-service training and drills to uphold safety standards
• Evacuate swimmers safely to seek shelter immediately during a lightning alert and/or heavy rain, which causes poor visibility

Requirement:

• No certifications required. Training will be provided for the shortlisted candidates
• Ability to swim 200m in any 2 recognized strokes
• Love an outdoor working environment
• Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines
• Possess a positive disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric, proactive with a positive working attitude
