Job Description
- Assist in accounting functions (AP & AR)
- Recording daily financial transactions to maintain proper and accurate accounting records.
- Assist in the process of monthly closing
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of the payment cycle for the vendor invoices.
- Liaise with vendors for statements of accounts (SOA) and reconciliation of vendors' statements and balances.
- Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files.
- Any other adhoc finance duties assigned by the superior
