Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming orders professionally, through various medium for customer service, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately
• Process product orders, including compilation, confirmation and amendment of orders
• Handle product and service enquiries of customers effectively, proactively suggesting information about products and services, and attracting potential customers in the process
• Attend to walk-in customers for self-collection or for ordering of products
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, and providing necessary service recovery
• Handle administrative duties which include designing and printing of customized cards, toppers, labels and printing of invoices
• Update the knowledge of company policies, procedures and products on the website regularly, for efficient and effective customers handling.
