• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, OT
• screen resumes and application forms
• assist with coordination of interview arrangement
• support new hire onboarding process including issuance of staff pass and coordination of onboarding sessions
• support in setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files documents and filing
• support HR improvement projects and new initiatives
• any other duties which may be assigned from time and time
