Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts for smaller entities.
- Responsible for processing accounting entries / journals
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Perform accounts analysis and preparation of accounts / audit schedules
- Compilation and submission of GST returns
- Issue invoices and statements of accounts
- Process suppliers’ invoices and payments
- Assists in the Navision upgrade process of the Finance Department.
- Filing and other administrative duties.
- Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
Criteria :
- Min 5-6 year of working experience
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous
