Job Description
  • Pre-sales for electronic sensors from a premium global brand by emails and tele-calling.
  • Understand about the following products: IMU, GNSS, GPS, Gyroscope (Training on-the-job)
  • Execute marketing plans for these franchised products and establish new customers in ASEAN & Pacific regions.
  • Provide above satisfactory support and service to customers.
  • Consistently meet and expand monthly leads pipeline.
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Answering questions about products or the company.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database/Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements:

  • Passionate to succeed in a challenging and growth-driven environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably multi-lingual (know 2 or more of the local languages),
  • Ability to quickly learn and grasp about new products and technologies and describe/explain about them to prospects.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.
