Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of online sales for various E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, etc and company's own website.
- Listing of products on e-commerce platforms, managing of Individual e-store account, responsible for the e-commerce operations
- Managing of social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram
- Generate daily orders, pick & pack for all online orders and co-ordinate logistics arrangement
- Plan, manage & execute promotion campaign for E-commerce platform and product strategies to drive traffic & sales
- Maintaining and updating the company’s online store and social media while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are displayed accurately
- Provide good support to customers for building and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
