Sunnystep is growing exponentially both online and offline. We are looking for highly motivated talents in operations, marketing and business development to join our rocket ship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all invoices and monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting.
- Analyze expense trends and identify savings opportunities.
- Manage financial ROI and key metrics for different sales channels.
- Manage short term and long term budget planning and forecasting for different departments and different regional teams. Work on manpower planning based on management needs.
- Source and attract talents while maximizing the recruitment process.
- Process payroll, accounting and other administrative tasks in HR and finance.
- Other ad-hoc duties if necessary.
Requirements:
- Passionate about creating, improving, monitoring and implementing operational solutions. Great at communicating both internally and externally.
- Have a high ownership mentality and the ability to take responsibility for goals and outcomes.
