Summer Productions is a company specialising in events and exhibitions. We provide our clients with a one stop service hub from event conceptualisation, production, event management and onsite execution, as well as any other logistics requirements.

Project Executive (Operations) for exhibition in Year 2020 

Job Scope:

1. To coordinate logistics and operations for event preparation
2. Liaise and brief out to various vendors 
3. Assisting the PM in making sure that the event is delivered in a timely and safe manner 
4. Adhoc operations duties (Pre site and on site) for event preparation as instructed by the PM
5. Administrative work when needed 
6. Servicing clients when required

Job requirements:

1. Only Singaporeans/PR need apply
2. Ability to converse in mandarin or dialect is an advantage 
3. Familiar with Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
4. Operations knowledge in events/exhibition industry is an advantage 
5. Client servicing experience is good to have 
6. Comfortable with working long hours and on weekends if required 
7. Must be comfortable with working under outdoor conditions 
8. Organised and ability to work under stress. Time management is an advantageous skill to have
