Job Description

We are looking for a senior and seasoned business development and sales professional to work in an ambitious beauty and wellness company. This person should be highly focused, driven, strategic and energetic, to make the necessary changes and lead the entire e-commerce and sales force in Southeast Asia. This person will be reporting to our Chief Financial Officer while working directly with the Chief Executive Officer.

The role can be based either in Singapore or Korea. Applicants with experience in working for Beauty and Wellness MNCs are highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to develop a roadmap of lead generation activities to increase active resellers.
  • Playing a proactive role in raising awareness of the brand through influencer marketing, events, and trainings, whilst maximizing the return of these activities.
  • Synchronize with sales team members to ensure optimal results and communication flow.
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop growth strategies for pioneering new markets and competitive opportunities.
  • Build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting.
  • Responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue year on year.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales plan and lead commercial team to achieve company's objective.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing wellness sales/ operations teams, coupled with revenue ownership with a successful track record of success and demonstrable business expansion and growth.
  • Thorough understanding of e-commerce.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with other departments like commerce and market-research.
  • Experience with a fast-growing start-up is a plus.
