Social Media Pages Management

1. Reply customer enquiries daily
2. Sales, orders and customer service
3. Get reviews for content - to create content.
4. Get creatives from PH, post on luminous.
5. Arrange Social Calendar for posting and promos (Promo dates, Seasonal, new product launch)

Training and Recruitment

1. Assist Coach w recruitment via store and/or other source
2. Build Community (Group chats)
- Manage group chat
- Follow up with luminous distribution groupbuy
- Maintain active groupchat flow.
3. Build Community (Event and culture)
- dinner (assist organise)
- Zoom Training (moderator, assist deck)
- outing (assist organise)

Sales & Operations

1. Assist to key in orders from luminous store.
2. Keep track distributor sales & restock
3. Arrange sign agreement and distributors cert
4. Keep track inventory movement
5. assist day to day operation and packing
