Sugo Pte Ltd – Social Media Executive

Job Scope

You will assist the Account Manager in managing clients and their portfolios.

• Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors and trends in clients’ industries
• Work with teams to create a solid branding message that’s reflected across marketing materials, social media content and shared by employee
• Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client
• Plan and ensure smooth delivery and production of briefs and timelines
• Analyse and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
• To research and analyze trends, statistics and insights
• Develop timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
• Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect clients and their brands (Customise social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc)
• Stay current with social media trends and tools - includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts
• Maintain relations with clients and liaise with vendors

Requirements & Skills

• Proficient in Office applications
• Creative skills (Knowledge in Photoshop would be advantageous)

• Strong initiative and detail-oriented
• Eager to learn and fast to pick up information
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in both English & Chinese
