Requirements
-Preferably with a a background of marketing communications / copy writing
-Minimum of at least 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications
-Experience in leading a team and co-ordinating
-Independent, highly-driven, motivated, a good communicator
-Creative & extremely meticulous
Responsibilities
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
– Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
– Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
– Ensure resource availability and allocation
– Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
– Understand the marketing strategy of the organization and plan activities to execute this strategy including marketing communications by working with the various teams to support revenue growth for respective products to meet business objectives
– Develop a marketing strategy that demonstrate commercially viable channels to market our products for increasing of market share and lead generation by working closely with the various sales team plan and lead demand requirement.
– Lead a team of marcom and event management staff, provide guidance to team members on job requirements and ensure that team members are clear on their KPIs and expectations
– Provide Marketing support such as brochure/collateral, translation and printing to support all products and ensure that corporate identity is comply to.
– End to End support for marketing/PR events and campaign executions
– Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and clients that can contribute directly to the performance of the marketing team and profitability of the business.
– Manage the delivery of local events and campaigns ensuring smooth running of all activities and delivery on-time minimizing non budgeted costs.
– Foster and maintaining close working relationships with various departments and external strategic partners to plan and execute marketing communications and plans for the respective products drive high traffic.
– Manage the team that is directly under the Marketing Department
– Liaison with the various vendors for the projects to ensure they deliver with quality and on time
– Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
– Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
– Report and escalate to management as needed
– Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
– Perform risk management to minimize project risks
– Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
– Report and analysis
– Other ad hoc work
