Successor Builders Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based main contractor specialising in repair and redecoration, painting and general building works, primarily for HDB residential estates and public-sector projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing tender and contract documents
• Support cost estimates, quotations and progress claims
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and variations
• Provide administrative support for projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related field
• Experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Currently based in Singapore or Malaysia and able to commence work in Singapore without relocation assistance
• Work pass eligibility is subject to the company’s prevailing quota and MOM requirements
