Substancefilms Pte Ltd – Sales & Marketing Executive

Substance Films is looking to hire a sales and marketing executive who can assist the company in building the business. As we specialize in weddings and events videography, you need to be comfortable and passionate in this business.

We need someone who possesses a great learning attitude and can work on own initiative. You'll be in charge of corresponding promptly with all customers' sales enquiries via phones, emails and in person (either for appointments or wedding shows). As a sales executive, you'll be assisting in expanding channels of sales to help spread out our services.

Closing the sales by following up.

You'll be in charge of assisting in other relevant administrative work relating to sales such as drafting sales contracts, issuing invoices, tallying sales records.

Assisting in management and up keeping of our studio to ensure great customer experience 

Assisting in some of the marketing activities that relate to sales, such as managing Facebook adverts, instagram, sending out EDMs to announce promos etc.

Assisting in expanding channels of sales by corresponding with all working partners for partnership opportunities to help spread out their services.

Requirements:- Self-driven & highly motivated - Good verbal and written communication skills - People-oriented: Friendly and outgoing - Willing to learn - Good team player 

Be an excellent writer and communicator, and active on social media.

Salary:

Work hours: Flexi hours, 45 hours per week and must be able to work on every Saturday.

Basic 1.6k + high commission
