Style Theory – Product On-boarding Intern

Style Theory is a Fashion-Technology company that is redefining Fashion Consumption. We believe that there is an inefficiency in the way we consume fashion in today's world and are on a mission to provide a smarter solution.
We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region

Responsibilities:

• Sample and inventory procurement and management - liaising with logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery of designer pieces from fashion brands.
• Collect and input designer clothing details that will directly reflect on our mobile application 
• Rethink about how data is presented to customers and continuously improve on the level of details presented
• Be in charge of deciding what should be the new arrivals
• Liaise with the photographer to ensure that all items are captured in the correct manner
• Interacting with the customer using the latest chat systems to understand our target market and find areas of improvement to better serve our customers
• Understand the logistic requirements and contribute to building the logistic process. Operation process can always be more efficient and it is your task to suggest room for improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidates should be proficient in Excel.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate analyses
• Have a positive attitude, and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved, and be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Detailed Oriented and comfortable with data entry and analysis
• Must be a scrappy self-starter who knows how to prioritize and take ownership without a lot of structure or guidance
• Proficiency in photoshop or photo-editing software is a plus but not required
