Study House Academy is an education and enrichment company offering Primary to Secondary English, Math and Science lessons. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join the team!
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily business processes and operations tasks, mainly finance, customer service and HR functions.
Provide timely information update regarding to student enrolment quotas, student assessments and withdrawal of students.
Attend to customer service and respond promptly to queries by actively engaging with Parents, Schools and Universities
Assist in other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Current Local University (or Polytechnic) Students
Detail-oriented individual
Positive with a willing to learn attitude
Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
Commitment:
Part-time (min. 1day/week)
Work from home
Minimum commitment of 3 months
