Job Description

We are looking for a HR/Business/Communication Intern to focus on the launching and enhancing our international Talent Dashboard and Enabling our Employee Communications approach. Specifically: 


Talent Dashboard: 

  • You will create and launch the global Talent Dashboard, collating and succinctly presenting all of our relevant data for each business leader, including Headcount Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Performance, Career Progression & Employee Relations.
  • Based on feedback from HR colleagues and the business, you will further develop the Talent Dashboard and will ensure it is issued on time each month. 
  • Automate the data collation and presentation of the Talent Dashboard content. 
  • Create a procedure to guide the future production of the dashboard. 


Employee Communications: 

  • Create and launch the international employee communications approach, applying a fun & engaging approach to our employee communications.  
  • Based on feedback from HR colleagues and the business, you will further develop the international employee communications approach. 
  • Develop employee communications collateral to support the identified communications. 


There is a possibility of the internship extending to 6-months or longer.
