Studio Flourish is a boutique floral and event styling studio based in Singapore, dedicated to Celebrating Life through thoughtful design and meaningful experiences. From weddings and corporate dinners to creative workshops, we craft beautifully curated moments that reflect each client’s unique story — blending artistry, emotion, and elegance in every detail.
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events Planner & Coordinator to join the Studio Flourish team. You’ll play a key role in bringing beautiful celebrations to life — from weddings and corporate events to creative workshops.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
Liaise with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision
Work closely with the design and floral teams to ensure cohesive styling and seamless logistics
Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and teardown
Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements
Strong eye for design, styling, and aesthetics
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Empathetic listener with a genuine desire to serve clients
Positive attitude, resourceful, and proactive under pressure
Able to work Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends and evenings for events
