Job Description

This role is responsible to provide marketing support to the joint replacement division in Singapore with ASEAN Franchise strategy, to support the growth objectives and provide levels of service and professionalism consistent with the company’s global standards.

  • Support Sales & Marketing Manager for Joint Replacement in coordinating and executing all product launch plans
  • Keep check of all financial reporting eg Marketing Expense reports, monthly accruals, invoicing etc
  • Prepare and complete all Health Care Professional engagement documents eg CCD, consultancy agreements, Travel & Entertainment agreements, travel and accommodation bookings, sponsorship invitations, compliance forms and approvals
  • Prepare and execute all paperwork relating to marketing events eg Third Party Event Coordination, Non Inventory Purchase Request, event venue bookings,
  • Responsible for all marketing collaterals and materials required to support the sales team in their education plan and daily work
  • Support the coordination of data management for all marketing activities including analytics and competitive intelligence
  • Instrument tracking and set up to ensure minimal disruption in hospital delivery and availability of instruments and implants
