- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

- Cold calling with a given script and pitching of products to clients

- Shares the selling points for the products or services

- Answers questions about the products or services

- Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback

Education: Min A Levels or local diploma and above
Min. 21 years old
Singaporean Citizen / Permanent Resident preferred

2 - 3 days per week
4 - 5 hours per day
