Job Description

We are looking for a CRM manager (beauty division) who is dynamic, self-motivated, ready to take on new challenges and apply his/her knowledge to solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our brands.

The role of CRM within Wonderscape Holdings is to understand our customers, champion our customers internally and drive our customers' journey with our brands. As a result, engaging customers effectively to build and retain them through acquisition of new customers, retention actions, increasing value growth via RFM methods.

The CRM Manager is responsible for defining (together with the MARTECH and Head of Marketing) and implementing the CRM strategy to achieve CRM KPIs relating to our customer base's health and value and their spend in stores and eCommerce. The successful candidate will be extremely data-driven, with the ability to conduct analysis and translate it into commercial action and success.Strong communication skills will be essential to ensure a strong customer-focused culture. You will have to collaborate with external vendors and the internal creative and marketing team to execute CRM activities. You must be able to work cross-functionally to utilise direct and indirect marketing channels best.

In addition to local reporting lines to the Head of Marketing, you will be supported by external vendors, from whom you will receive advanced analytical support and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build the 360° CRM action plan to achieve customer retention and loyalty KPIs.
  • Use data analytics and A/B testing to optimise targeting and campaign performance.
  • Partner with other marketing functions such as eCommerce, PR, Social Media & Brand teams to develop integrated CRM plan and understand customers' behaviour and set up consistent action plans.
  • Manage all CRM programs, campaigns and the budget of CRM and loyalty activities.
  • Manage member acquisition and retention campaigns, including campaign design, communication and measurement of objectives, costs, external vendors management, tools & technology, data and process initiatives to improve our ability to understand and engage customers.
  • Define customer loyalty strategies on an ongoing basis to consistently increase engagement and maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Be accountable to deliver insights and CRM KPIs

Requirements

  • Has 5+ years of working experience with designing, planning and running CRM, loyalty and Customer Lifecycle programs
  • Strong analytical skills and good with numbers
  • Independent self-starter that can handle ambiguity well
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Service cloud is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing technologies
  • Strong presentation and consulting skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, preferably with retail experience
  • Familiar with concepts like SQL & HTML
