We are the EuropAce Brand Owner and the world is the limit as to how we want to grow. We have more than 50 product lines and 300 SKUs and we embrace e-commerce and traditional retailing business. Hence, our electrical home appliances and aircons are available in all major retailers such as Best Denki, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman, Giants, Mustafa, Audio House etc. Our brand is also present in all major e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon.
The key responsibility of the Sales Promoter is to serve customers by promoting and selling the company’s products that meet the customer needs. The various tasks that you are required to perform, contribute to the profitability and growth of the company.
This role reports to the Sales Personnel who is overseeing the store you are posted to. We have many stores island wide. If possible, we will try to station you in a store near to your home.
Responsibilities:
To provide excellent customer and sales service in a retail environment
Identify and attend to customers’ needs and enquiries on our products
Demonstrate/promote, provide information and sell our products
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use/purchase
Requirements
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
Well-groomed, pleasant and cheerful personality
Good interpersonal and able to communicate well
A team player who is proactive and highly motivated
Preferably some work experience in sales for Home Appliances / AC.
