Job Description
  • Provide administrative support, coordinating with vendors creating a smooth flow process from order placement to the final receiving of the merchandise
  • Coordinate with department store to maintain efficient SKU, assist performing all data entry operations and maintain records of all purchase order entry on monthly basis
  • Handle purchasing orders with suppliers checking against order/invoice to ensure the order is correct
  • Manage all invoices and purchase orders and ensure appropriate documentation
  • Coordinate with sales team/customers in providing assistance to select /purchase merchandise and place all special orders
  • Ensure accuracy of all transactions cash and credit payments for suppliers /retail customers
  • Coordinate the process of invoicing for interior/design projects to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Maintain and update all merchandise assortment sheets and brand metrics
  • Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame
  • Prepare and maintain the various sales reports on weekly/monthly basis
  • Prepare and update spreadsheet and sell-through information for purchase team for buying period
  • Supervise and monitor all damaged goods and returns to suppliers and keep proper accounting of credit notes
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and distribute in monthly meetings
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with suppliers and retail customers and providing optimal level of customer service
