We provide accounting, corporate services, CFO/COO and investment advice to our ‘small global business’ clients – a diverse and fun group of tech, F&B, services and entrepreneurial companies, from smaller scale-ups to larger SMEs.
The firm was set up in 2014 and currently has a friendly team of four, based in a great co-working space in Tanjong Pagar. This role includes working closely with senior directors – each ex-big 4 with varied CFO / corporate finance / business experience – and our offices in Manila, Hong Kong, Dubai and Dublin.
This is an exciting role supporting a wide range of clients in and outside of Singapore. It’s a great learning and development opportunity for someone with ambition to learn and grow.
You will support the team to manage transactional accounting; monthly management reporting and analysis; corporate tax, GST and payroll/CPF; company secretary work (incorporations and ACRA filings); and ad-hoc projects potentially including corporate finance and investment mandates.
You’re proactive, keen to learn and get involved, and ready to work on a variety of clients and projects. You must be a highly organized team player with strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
It’s a fast-paced environment with sometimes tight deadlines, so not always ‘9 to 5’ – but perfect for a candidate looking to develop within an exciting business and work with a great group of clients.
