We are an aspiring retail/service company looking for a dynamic and result-driven individual to join our young team as we expand into overseas market together.
MAIN RESPONBILITIES
- Developing concepts for all creative projects and campaigns
- Conceptualise, design and produce web-based artworks & videos for websites, digital advertisements, social media, etc.
- Pitching your concepts to internal teams and external distribution channels (clients)
- Keeping clients abreast of progress and meeting strict timeline.
- Storyboarding or translating ideas to creative team or vendors
- Leading multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance to agreed direction and timeline
- Evaluating and altering (if necessary) project contents before completion
- Ensuring all the Company’s visuals are consistent with the overall brand
- Steering or writing scripts
- Oversee (if outsourced) or carry out photo or video shoots or any creative projects
- Evaluate and select external vendors
- Ensures task & schedule assigned is running on time & completed per schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in the Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, WIX and 3D design software (bonus)
- Deep understanding of typography, design elements and best practices across print and digital
- Passionate & have a keen awareness of current trends in packaging, designing & production methods that successfully contribute or value-add to the Brand image & publicity.
- Organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and datelines
- Flexible, highly motivated, and approachable with excellent communication skills
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time – 5 day week
