Job Description
Outlets: Ang mo Kio (Casual), Keong Saik (Full service)
Waiters: Taking orders, customer engagement, serving and table setting. Learn about a whole world of knowledge on steaks and wine, full service interaction and service excellence
Cooks: Preparation of ingredients, sauce making, stove cooking. Learn about butchery techniques, grilling, sauteed techniques and mise en place.
Bar: Preparation of cocktails and desserts
