About StatsAdmit

StatsAdmit is an early-stage education technology platform helping students make better post-secondary decisions through data, insights, and practical tools.

We are currently in a very early build-and-launch phase:

  • Product and features are still being shaped

  • Infrastructure (auth, payments, analytics) is being set up

  • Go-to-market strategy is being defined

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape both the product and the company.

Job Description

Product & Growth Intern (ORD / A-Level Graduates)

The Role

This is a core team internship designed to be scoped around your strengths and interests. Depending on your aptitude and preference, your role may lean more towards: (i) Engineering-heavy, (ii) Product-heavy, (iii) Growth / marketing-heavy, or a mix of all three. You’ll work closely with the founders and take real ownership over meaningful parts of the business.

What You’ll Work On

1) Growth & Go-To-Market

  • Designing and running growth experiments (content, social, communities, partnerships)

  • Testing “growth-hacky” ideas to acquire and activate users quickly

  • Helping shape messaging, positioning, and launch campaigns

This track is for people who enjoy experimentation, iteration, and distribution.

2. Product (Product Management / Product Operations)

  • Shaping and launching new product features based on user needs and feedback

  • Improving existing features to serve new markets or audiences

  • Helping define feature scope, priorities, and rollout plans

  • Supporting setup of core platform infrastructure (e.g. payments, onboarding, analytics)

  • Helping ensure the platform aligns with relevant data and usage policies (e.g. PDPA)

  • Establishing operational guardrails around user data, profiles, and content

This track is for people who like turning messy ideas into usable, scalable products.

3. Engineering

  • Building, testing, and refining product features

  • Improving reliability, usability, and performance

  • Helping clean up and sharpen an early-stage codebase

This track is for people who are willing to build and ship fast. We will provide Claude Code 🙂

Who We’re Looking For

  • Post-ORD or post-A-Level graduate

  • Able to commit full-time

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration

  • Strong ownership mindset

  • Clear communicator with good judgment

Nice to have (not required):

  • Interest in startups, tech, or product building

  • Familiarity with web products, AI coding tools, or basic coding

  • Interest in education or student-focused platforms

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience building a real product from zero to launch

  • Exposure to growth, product, and engineering in an early-stage startup

  • Real ownership (this is not a “shadowing” internship)
