Job Description & Requirements:

Assist Project Manager(s) in the following areas of work:

• Maintain rapport & close relationship with customers, vendors and partners as well as ensure that the project implementation adheres to the company’s quality standards.
• Prepare SOW / Change Request for Sales Personnel
• Conduct testing for the systems and contents to be delivered.
• Clearly articulate and document business requirements. Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritises competing business demands.
• Manage the project implementation plan & budget; identify the scope of project deliverables at each project milestone; monitor progress & take preventive/corrective action whenever necessary
• Prepare project documentation including Minutes of Meeting, Design Specifications, User Acceptance Test Plans and Reports, Training and User Manuals, and Release Notes, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 2-3 years’ experience in IT industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• A team player and have ambition to excel in quality assurance discipline
• Good written and communication skills
• Detailed and organized
• Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma or Higher
• Field of Study: Information Systems (including MIS, System design)
